I am pleased  to recommend Mr.  Joshua Phoho Setipa’s candidature for the position of Secretary General of the Commonwealth. 

Joshua Setipa’s vision, passion for  peace, development, and belief in the  huge potential of the Commonwealth as set out  in the Organisation’s Charter, coupled with his extensive experience as an international civil servant, would stand him in good stead if he were appointed to head the Secretariat of our all important Organisation. His proven ability  to give sterling service in a multi-national organisation, indefatigable energy,  flair for leadership and outstanding organisational skills, set Joshua Setipa apart as a worthy candidate for consideration.
